Brian Mathis possesses over 2 decades of extensive experience in successfully managing the operations of private estates, luxury hotels, private clubs, and upscale private events. His unique skill set allows him to effectively foresee operational challenges and create practical evaluations to ensure optimal performance from organizational teams.

Before establishing Secondletter LLC, Brian held significant roles, including Senior Director of Beverage at Tao Group Hospitality and Controller at the Soho House. In these capacities, he oversaw all activities on the west coast and managed various aspects of day-to-day operations, encompassing Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Event Management, Real Estate Development, and Facilities Operations.

Leveraging his distinctive background in hospitality, Brian created the Secondletter, Services include asset documentation, organizational assessments, asset inventory, recruiting, strategic vetting, and compensation analysis. Brian has acquired an in-depth understanding of estate and luxury project management, positioning him as an invaluable advisor specializing in comprehensive event production, management, hospitality and logistics for ultra-high net worth clients, their associated private enterprises and philanthropic ventures.
